Return Policy

Custom Orders

Due to the custom nature of our embroidery and monogramming services, items created specifically for you cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a defect in workmanship or an error on our part.

Defective Items

If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or an error in the embroidery work, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will review the issue and work with you to resolve it, which may include repair, replacement, or refund.

Return Process

To initiate a return for a defective item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item
  • Provide photos of the defect or issue
  • Include your order number and purchase information
  • Wait for approval before returning the item

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 10-14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations may not be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.
